Shouldn't someone know why they do something?
I wish I did. If you really think on it, there isn't an answer for everything.
I'm good with words.
I have a vivid mind.
But why do I write, and why is it poetry? Poetry is music without song.
Sometimes it has a beat.
Other times, it is more random, like putting your head or heart onto paper.
But why do I write?
Want to know?
It is simple really.
I write because I always have something to say.
I am never without words.
I can fill the blanks for everyone. Yeah. That is why I write.

| Well, let me see. My name is Jenna, and I am a loud, obnoxious and filter-less Texan. I have no volume control, nothing surprises me, and I embrace life with open arms every day. I am divorced, have a son who was put up for adoption, and I am in a full and loving relationship with the best man that ever happened to me. I write poetry and have been since I was nine. I have dabbled into short stories, but little had come of it. I like to take images that stir me and do some photo manipulations. None of these are posted, as I have had most of the images for so long, I am unable to credit the original artist. If I get around to making any new stuff, I will be seeking blessing from the original artist before any posts. The only works of those kind can be seen on my MySpace, and I take only credit for the merging, not the originals. I am a practicing Wiccan, and have been for 8 years. I like to study religions and their roots. Reading, listening to music and singing are my favorite past-times. I am considered a work-a-holic by most and unethical by none. I stand up to anyone, regardless of their position or pedigree if I feel they are being immoral or unethical. I love animals and children more than anything, and will kill if I hear of, or see one being abused and/or neglected. I defend myself and those I love without conviction, and damn you if you fight me on it. My favorite animal is the wolf, and I hope to someday own some land so I can join the effort to raise their numbers and reintroduce them to their natural habitat. I hope to become a veterinarian someday, and offer my DVM knowledge to the fight. I am always friendly upon meeting, and give everyone the benefit of the doubt before I pass judgment. There are only four types of persons I judge without thought; 1) people who flaunt their money, 2) sexual deviants, 3) liars, 4) thieves, and 5) abusers. |
